How reviews work

Reviews on a Lesson Diary booking page come from real pupils. These are the rules for every instructor.

• Only real pupils can write a review.
• Pupils are invited by Lesson Diary. Instructors do not choose who is asked.
• A review is never removed because it is critical. Only a review that breaks our rules, such as one that is abusive or shares personal details, can be taken down.
• Pupils get nothing in return for a review.
• Instructors can reply to any review.
