Yes. Every instructor gets a unique public booking page and QR code. Pupils choose a date, time and pickup location, and every request lands in your Booking Inbox for you to approve, defer or decline.
Can I limit bookings to my local pickup area?
Yes. You can draw one or more coverage areas on a UK map. Pupils whose pickup location falls outside your drawn zones will not be able to book — so you never end up travelling further than you want.
Is there a mobile app?
No, our platform is cloud-based and accessible from any device with an internet connection.

Can I send manual reminders?
Yes, although reminders are automated, you have the option to send them manually from the diary page. All plans comes with email reminders.
Can I send SMS reminders?
Unfortunately, we do not currently support SMS reminders.
I want to send reminders for all upcoming lessons at once. How can I do this?
You can send reminders for all upcoming lessons from the Dashboard page. From the Upcoming Lessons section, click on the Send Reminders button. Please note that you can only send multiple reminders if you are subscribed to at least the Standard plan.
