Their words, on your page
Reviews show on your booking page. Students can add a photo. Turn any review into a picture to post, or print a flyer with a QR code.
Getting new learners is hard
More than 44,000 approved driving instructors are on the register in Great Britain. Your local area may have many of them. A learner has plenty of choice, so they compare.
Why reviews matter
Word of mouth still helps. But learners today also look online before they book, and reviews are what they find.
People in general do the same. In a YouGov survey of 2,119 adults in Great Britain, 71% said they check customer reviews or ratings to see if they can trust an online shop.
A guide written for learner drivers says to check online reviews even when a friend has recommended an instructor.
Why you need to be found online
When there are so many instructors, you win a new learner by being easy to find and easy to trust. Learners look you up before they book. A booking page with real reviews gives them a reason to choose you. A search that finds nothing gives them no reason.
How we can help you improve your online presence
Your booking page is set up so search engines can find it. It shows your name, area and brand, with reviews, pass photos and badges. Share it with a link or a QR code.
Turn any review into a picture to post online, or print a flyer with a QR code.
Your students can share their achievements online in a few clicks. That helps your online presence and can lead to new enquiries.

- Learners can copy their review and paste it into Google if they want to. Lesson Diary does not post to Google for you.
- Does a pupil need an account?
- No. They open a link on their phone.
- Will learners get too many emails?
- Learners do not get a stream of emails. A student who has turned off automatic emails gets none.
